Minister
of Justice of Quebec: The Minister of Justice of Québec
acts as
the Central Authority responsible for the application of the Act respecting
the civil aspects of international and interprovincial child abduction and
the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
The Minister helps to locate and bring home children who have been wrongfully
removed to or retained in a foreign country or Québec by a parent.

Children Society of Canada (MCSC) is a registered, national non-profit
organization dedicated to the search for runaway and abducted children.
MCSC provides a comprehensive Investigative Search Program, free of
charge, to assist police and searching parents in the active and ongoing
search for missing children.

Network is the only Quebec non-profit organization dedicated to the
