    The Jacob Wetterling Foundation Crisis Line: 1-800-325-4673 this organization, started by Jerry and Patty Wetterling, after the disappearance of their son Jacob, "seeks to eliminate non family abduction." They work to "educate communities, law enforcement agencies, parents and children so that fewer children are taken, more children are returned home and child molesters and kidnappers are caught." Safety and education are strong points.

    Missing Children Minnesotathe objectives of the MCM are to "help in locating missing children, regardless of why they are missing, provide advocacy and support services for families of missing children, and to provide information and education to the public on personal safety and running away from home".

    Paternity: Mother's right to custody The biological mother of a child born to a mother who was not married to the child's father when the child was born and was not married to the child's father when the child was conceived has sole custody of the child until paternity has been established.

    Custodial Interference conceals a minor child from the child's parent where the action manifests an intent substantially to deprive that parent of parental rights or conceals a minor child from another person having the right to parenting time or custody where the action manifests an intent to substantially deprive that person of rights to parenting time or custody.
