Case History: Findings of Fact (1994) Matthews v Riley. (Jurisdiction)
(PKPA) (UCCJA) The mother appealed a ruling by the family court ordering
her to show cause why she should not be held in contempt for her failure
to comply with a custody order regarding visitation between the father
and his son. The ordered was affirmed by the Vermont Supreme Court.
